Amanda discovered her love for ceramics early on in her mother's pottery collection. Versatile and transformative, clay became a medium for creative expression and an endless journey. Never stale, there is always more to learn.

Amanda's work focuses on craft and timelessness — her pieces are objects for ritual and adornment, pieces to connect and interact with in a world of the next-best-thing. Objects to contrast the throw-away mentality, to care for, cherish and use every day.

Amanda Marie is based in Victoria, BC and most pieces are hand made to order.
