Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Create an online account and email hello@amandamarieceramics.com. Once your account is created, we will add a tag to your account which will allow you to sign in and view wholesale pricing as well as order with a wholesale discount applied at any time.
$500 minimum order
Order processing typically takes 6-8 weeks however this time estimate may vary depending on season and holidays. Ship date will be confirmed once you order or email hello@amandamarieceramics.com for an estimated delivery date before placing an order.
Payment can be made upon order purchase using any major credit card or Paypal, or if another method is preferred please let us know. 
Pickup for local orders in Victoria, BC can be arranged by choosing the local pickup option. You will receive an estimated pickup day once your order is placed with this option. 
All shipping charges are calculated once your order has been received and will be added to your invoice or calculated at checkout for online orders. All orders are shipped expedited with Canada post. If you prefer an alternative shipping carrier, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: Shipping ceramics can be precarious and from time to time there has been breakage. I will happily replace any broken pieces that have arrived that way. Please contact me at hello@amandamarieceramics.com within 30 days of receipt of item to qualify for exchange. If you encounter a broken or defective item please do the following right away:

-in order to qualify for exchange, please include date and place of purchase (ie. on my website, in a store, etc.) and image of damaged/defective item in original packaging. 

- I can only accept responsibility for items that have arrived damaged.
